i have screen shoot ezp2010, maybe similiar with ezp2013
1. detect
2. read
3. save as backup
4. load from the good bios file or any already backup from another laptop
5. auto to erase, verify and write new file -

You have cheep bios programmer on ebay (4$ and free shiping) for 24/25 spi flash chips.
and then follow meritrosari instructions
