    Bricked Lenovo Ideapad 3 14ACL6

    Hey all!

    I updated my Lenovo laptop a couple of weeks ago using Lenovo Vantage and the BIOS update has bricked my computer.

    I have a CH341 programmer but have been struggling to fix it.

    My BIOS chip is the GD25LR128DSIG.

    Latest BIOS update GLCN68WW.

    If someone could help with an exact tutorial for this specific BIOS, that would be great!

    When I use AsProgrammer to read the IC it comes up with IC model: GD25LQ128C and not the one above.

    It also has a lenght of 16777216 where as the below tutortial says to make it 8388608?

    I really do not know what I am doing...

      ACL6 or ALC6 ?

      Type the laptop serial number, full name and model, motherboard model, etc.
