It turns out this is all working, except it doesn't post to the BIOS, but it does generate brightness and keeps the screen on, so I want to program the BIOS.

BIOS CHIP: EN25F32 EON brand
NOTEBOOK: HP PAVILION dv6-3033cl
BIOS saved but damaged that comes with the notebook:
