Hello, do you have the boardview or a photo of the pcb of this board? I think it's an xfx ati radeon hd 4650 ddr2, I changed a capacitor that was missing and it still doesn't give video, I can't find a short circuit in anything, maybe the capacitor that I put in 220uf 10v didn't work, I also tried with a 330uf 10v, no I have the original, if you have photos of the pcb it would be great since I added some pieces that were missing, maybe more are missing and I don't notice it, thanks in advance...
