latitude 5400 disable alert tpm is not detected

    latitude 5400 disable alert tpm is not detected

    Hi guys, can someone provide a clean bios for my 5400. Every boot it alerts TPM is not detected and no TMP settings in bios and devmgr.
    It seems like this laptop came from company and hard drive was replaced.

    All possible google ways i tried got no luck.

    Dell Latitude 5400
    Service tag: 4TGRM33
