Thank you. File it self works fine. Unfortunately looks like laptop has got faulty PCH (dell logo bootloop). Thank you anyone else for the help.

if have code 3 amber- 6 white not PCH fault, some newer Dell laptop 3-6 code after ME cleaned, i'm looking for solutions, who can tell me how to make Unconfigrured after use FITtool to replace ME Region!
