Bios Patch for Dell 3510 needed

Hi Guys,

Can anyone patch bios for Dell Latitude 3510? Board is 19746-1 Mockingbird.
And laptop has got admin password 8FC8.

Peste the programmer you suggested does not support this chip.
It's WSON8 8x6 as SMDFlea says. To be specific it's MX25L25673GZ4I-08G.
From all of the programmers I have got, only two support that chip.
First is TL866II but it only supports one in SOIC8/16 casing and when I connect it trough the adapter it will always show that 5th pin has got bad connection( and it's properly soldered). I can confirm that if all conditions above met. Replacing capacitors in 3V/5V lines resolves no power on laptop.
