I found a good bios on a discord server but nothing changes when i try it.
What i didn't mention is that the current at some point isnt changing anymore when i let it run for 2-3 mins.
That makes me think maybe the onboard ram is faulty... Is there any way to disable it thenclike removing resistors?

            (Repost)

            Hello guys,

i have this laptop here that wont display.
First thing i did was checking voltages and all are Present.

After that i tried another ram sticks but they didnt change anything as well.
Then i tried programming the bios with two different bios files but nothing changed (i used the ch341a without the 1.8v Adapter but I was able to read/write the chip).

Now i thought it could be a ram issue.
I flashed a bios with onboard ram disabled (dump attached) and i moved the resistors on the right Place like it's Show in the picture (attached).
            But nothing changed.
The last thing i did is desoldering the ram Chips from the motherboard but the only thing changed is the current draw that went from 800-900milliamps to 370milliamps.

What could be the fault here?
Does it has anything to do with the bios chip? (W25Q64FW 1.8V)

I have attached a Bios from Lenovos Website that was given to me in a Bios Request...Can someone disable the onboard ram in that bios for me?

Tried it and flashed the bios file... Now the current draw is 900-800milliamps again but still no picture.
I forgot to mention that ive got the Ryzen 3 3200u model. Maybe its a difference between the ryzen 5 and 3.

I found new Symptoms like it wont start or shut down when i press the power button.
It only powers on when i plug the charger.
It charges fine with about 900milliamps and runs over the battery when powered and charger disconected.
After a while the current draw goes down to 600 milliamps.
Voltage on ram module is present.

Nice tool what you developed. Maybe it will work when i have a dump from a ryzen 3 model.

                  Hey guys,

i did make a few Threads now but I wanted to make it clear.
I need a new BIOS Image for this Laptop:

                  Lenovo V155-15API
                  Model Name:81V5
                  Serial Nr: PF2125LC
                  MTM: 81V50004GE
                  Factory ID: JVHFC1
                  MO: PF9XB9B23174
                  Motherboard Model: FG542 FG543 FG742 NM-C101
                  Rev: 1.0
                  2019 - 05 - 07
                  Ryzen 3 3200U Model

I moved the resistors on the right Place.
The Laptop had faulty onboard ram modules and i tried disableing the ram with SPD removal tool 1.6 and RAM patcher from this forum.
As it didnt post i scrolled to the entries of the ram Modules in Bios and there were parts that didnt get Set to zero so i Set them to zero and flashed it again (tried 2 times) Laptop wont Post and isnt reacting to the Power Button to turn in off.

Can someone disable the onboard ram in the new BIOS Image then?

Without the Bios Chip it also turns on but drawing 400 mamps instead of 540 mamps.
Also i forgot to mentioned that with the image from Lenovos site i tried the same and didnt work either but the current draw is about 800-900mamps.

Both threads merged. I think you are beating the dead horse with this ,it`s a hardware problem in my opinion.
