Yoga 370 with error beep code: 0284

I saved the bios dump (attached), i checked it with uefi tool to get an idea of the cause, but i have no idea what to look for.

No led lights, no picture, no beep codes with this one.
9W draw after power button, than hangs at 12W.
CPU gets warm, before it gets hot, fan turns on.

I see where you modded the dump, but cant imagine the reason. Any idea what could be still wrong?
