Thinkpad X1 Yoga Gen 3 ,How to know if the BIOS is corrupted

Hi everyone, hope everyone's having a great day.

    I have a Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Yoga Gen 3 for repair. (20LES3T900)
I looked in every corner and the laptop seems fine. Its pulling 500mA but no display, no noise, nothing.

So I assume its a BIOS issue. I downloaded the BIOS with CH341A and opened it on ME Analyser and didn't receive any errors.
Does this mean the BIOS is fine? making it a hardware issue?

I downloaded fresh BIIOS from the Lenovo site and used Hex Editor replace the Lenovo's BIOS into my BIOS region. But the file size ended up being bigger than 16MB. Which is my BIOS capacity.

    Question 1
Can anyone tell me how to know if my BIOS file is ok? (BIOS attached)

    Question 2
I learned about cutting off the header. But which part is considered header? How much to cut off?

Please help. I will return the favor to this community by at least 2 fold.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

It helps determine which bios model to load.
