Dell Precision 3440 support for CPU 11th gen

Hi, since both the Dell Precision 3440 and the Precision 3450 have the same chipset W480.
I ask you if it is possible to add the correct microcodes for the Precision 3440.

I naively expected to find myself with very similar Bios and that it would be enough to just add the microcodes for the 11th gen. But maybe I was too optimistic.
