I think the error is not due to bios

I currently have a Lenovo Yoga Book 9 - 13IRU8 with a corrupted BIOS.

Yoga Book 9 13IRU8 - Type 82YQ
S/N - PF4Q7AF2

Not yet. All the backups you posted are corrupt. What programmer and software version are you using, and are you using a clip/pogo adapter. What voltage is the bios chip ?

Using the CH341A Programmer with NeoProgrammer. I can take more readings if necessary. Voltage is 3.3V. The BIOS Chip is XM25QH128C

are you using a clip/pogo adapter. Files 1,3 and 4 are the same, file 2 has more code in it but still really bad. Connection issue.

I am indeed using the clip adapter onto the motherboard. Will read more files and post.

Damn, i didn`t notice , the bios at post 2 is from the 256MB chip and you`ve been trying to backup the 128MB chip which i assume is the recovery bios. Find the other chip and make a backup , leave the 128MB alone for now.

I believe I have found the other BIOS Chip located on the daughter board (?) Attached are pictures of the GigaDevice Chip and another XMC chip i found on other wing. Please let me know if these dumps are valid. I did not locate any other chip on the main board.

Check here, this looks like the BIOS chip to me, WSON8 8x6 package, the SOIC8 clip won't work on it, use a WSON8 8x6 probe/pogo pin adapter

The Probe method for the WSON8 is brutal. I am hoping this single backup for now will suffice. Please let me know if you need more.
