Cannot unlock via Windows, you must read the bios chip with a programmer and then post it here.

in this type of laptops password is in HPAmiTse entry, as well as in AMITSESetup entry. No need to use RCUnlocker, just search for hex found in HPAmiTse entry and delete it - should be in 4-5 places.
