    Presario 21-N0F3AR need CLEAN ME

    Motherboard: C21_VC 1
    S/n: CQNSN08858

    Hi friends. I changed EC and PCH because they were shorted (the LVDS cable was all twisted and shorted). The laptop already gives video but it does not work with HDD or USB, the Windows Manager detects them because the model of the hard drive and the pendrive appears, but when you press enter it does nothing and remains in the same place, I have tried with several BIOSes from the internet but it does the same

    Could it be that it is necessary to clear the ME REGION of the main BIOS? I upload the copy of the original BIOS if you think it is feasible to solve the problem by cleaning the ME region. I ask anyone who can and wants to clean it. Thank you so much​

      The posted bios cannot be cleared, check the board to see if you have another bios chip.

              I am looking for a clean ME Region 12.0.95.2489 Corporate H CNP/CMP-H B, A
              After extracting my BIOS in FIT the ME Region size is 7565 KB.
              However the ME Region files I fouud online are 11688 KB in size.
              Can someone help me find he correct clean ME Region?

              can someone plese, help me understand the significance of cleaning ME region in a BIOS dump file?
              I know that Manegement Engine (ME) data is part of BIOS/UEFI firmware. I know that it contains some HW specific data for the particular laptop.
              What I don't know, why do I need to clean ME region if I try BIOS dump file from another laptop (of course same type and model). I'm not sure if this is only because of the serial number (not sure if that is stored in ME region at all).

              Hello everyone,
              1. I read the original BIOS dump using a programmer and immediately flashed it back to ensure the read was correct.
              2. Since the first programming cycle (read and write-back), the system no longer boots and LED errors, which suggests a corrupt or initialized ME region that was only triggered by the programming cycle itself.
              3. I attempted to clean the ME region myself by copying the ME region from another original dump. This attempt likely resulted in a hard brick, and the laptop no longer starts at all (no lights, no fan spin).
              4. Currently, the original dump (Main.bin) is back on

              I have a ASUS ZenBook UX480F with the following symptoms:



              I suspect it is a BIOS issue. So I decided to try to clean the ME region. I followed the guide on win-raid, and I believe I have done everything correctly. My problem is: when I open the outimage.bin in ME Analyzer, it says that it is Extracted, and not Region, Extracted as it should be. Is it normal, or did I do something not correctly?
