I have this Dell with a corrupted BIOS after probably a bad reading of the SPI ROM (25R512NWEQ I usually use the W25Q512JV@WSON8 8X6 algorithm for reading).
Even when I use the BIOS images of the first two, which work perfectly, to physically program the SPI ROM, the machine still does not display with a flashing sequence of the charging light (3 6) indicating that the BIOS is corrupted. Could someone help me fix this?

                        Hello dear admins and members.

I'm having trouble describing an IC called Winbond 25R512NWEQ.

I hope you can help me.

                        My programmer:
                        XGecu Pro T48
                        Software: Xgpro v12.90

Will this programmer also work for this, or do I need to buy a new one?

                        Thank you in advance.

                        Best regards,
                        Your Berliner

if you still have the programmer and the chip...why don't you try it...go into the programmer's database and see if it supports this chip...if not choose a manual one...equivalent...

Thanks peste, do you have a clue that I can use as a comparison.
I also have to pay attention to the 1.8v.
I tried several names, unfortunately without success.
