    Dell Latitude 5420 MDM

Hi all, having a bit of an issue with this laptop bios I have bought a batch of ex company laptops with MDM, removed the windows key from the BIOS yet MDM still remains, changed WiFi card and SSD and still it remains, cleared TPM and still it remains, changed the S/N and still how the hell does it remain even after a fresh re-install? This is the first time I have seen this...
Please could someone shed some light on this? Thank you in advance.

I've attached the original BIOS dump, thank you.

Thank you for trying, it didn't work, laptop turned on and off constantly and then sbios corruption blink code. I reflashed the original bios removed the windows key and instead installed windows 11 home. No mdm issue. Thank you for your help, to mitigate this issue entirely for other users, inject a windows 11 home key into the microcode update part of the bios removing the original key, windows will have no option but to install home instead of pro. Hope this helps someone!
