                  They are lying, the bios backup is from the AMD system, not from Intel.

                          The posted service tag is from a G3 15 3500 ,intel machine. The LA-L761P motherboard is AMD .Maybe the base cover was changed ?

                              and service tag in bios is 61LZ1Q3 (not 61LZ103) and is not in dell database. Is a frankenstein laptop!
