Hello guys, anyone able to help me with this bios, already out of mind. After PCH replacement, stucked at 0,6Amps, NO POST. Tried to clean ME with no luck (attached). Used ME analyzer, FIT Tool...

Why don't you think you soldered the PCH badly or the PCH itself was bad ?

PCH should be new and soldered well, original one was shorted. I found, that 10Mohm R262 was missing (probably when I was taking epoxy from corners), put it back, now bootloop 0,6A goes directly to 0...could this missing resistor kill crystal?

I'm not familiar with repairs so I can't help.
