I have tried that unfortunately but I’m still getting a black screen.

maybe the laptop has another problem..check the voltages on the coils 19V,5V,3.3v,etc..

I managed to get it to boot to bios, still freezes when trying to boot to windows. However, I am getting Serial Number and MTM Invalid in the Bios Information.

i have wrote it and all my serial number etc are back.

However, it still won’t go past the loading screen (attached below). I’ve ran the diagnostic tests but have had no issues. What else can I do?

Provide the full machine model number, serial number (or Service tag, SNID) and the board model number (see https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=88758 ) ,The serial number, make, full model number, motherboard model and revision (except QR codes) must be written/typed at your request as per the rules. Not as a picture, part of the file name and so on.

I just wanted to try this version, but unfortunately while desoldering one leg is broken off of one chip...

Now I have to order a replacement (as a private person this seems really difficult... I don't want to order 2000 pieces at once )

didn't manage to order a replacement IC in my country.
So I sold it as defective for parts

I broke the BIOS Chip and couldn't order a replacement.
So I never figured out if it was the BIOS or not.

Unit will turn on for 10 to 15 seconds, then shut off.

The old chip burned out. The new one needs to be flashed. The device came from another workshop. Both bios chips were flashed there as well. I will also attach the read bios. Maybe someone will help me and collect the entire firmware set at once. 8 mb, 16 mb + EC.
