i used this tutorial, i change SN, then reset. now its downloading an update.
              "
              1. After it boots into developer mode, press CTR+ALT+F2 the key, this should open a terminal
              2. In the terminal type "chronos"
              3. Then "sudo su"
              4. Then "vpd -l"

On the displayed list you are looking for "serial_number"

To change the entry do the following:

vpd -s "serial_number"="enter your preferred serial"

              After that type:

              "dump_vpd_log --force"

Then verify that the serial numbers have changed by typing "vpd -l" again

Then reboot the chromebook by pressing REF+POW"

for sudo su did not work - only "sudo -i"

                  try with your edited bios

you must create usb recovery disk.
                  and then
                  • Turn off your Chromebook
                  • Holding Esc + Refresh (F3) buttons while pressing Power button. Then release Power Button.
insert usb and install new os

Can you help me with a second one?
                    thanks in advance

The laptop doesn't show anything on the screen and doesn't start. It seems that the backup BIOS is corrupted, as it doesn't start anymore with it. Additionally, the external SSD lost some data, and it appears that I have more corrupted data inluding the bios.

The laptop starts with the BIOS from post 2.

if you are using ch341a don't use test clip when backing up your BIOS it will end up backing up corrupted BIOS, it is best way is to desolder it and solder it on adapter

i use tl866 II plus, and every time i remove the chip.

must be something related to incompatibility bios and ec information. (i think that bios backup was corupted when ssd lost partition, i recovered some data, but i think some off them are corupted, included this bios)
