Dell Latitude 5590 (LA-F412P) bios repair please

    Dell Latitude 5590 (LA-F412P) bios repair please

    I have here a Dell Latitude 5590 (LA-F412P), that does not start anymore and also the recovery procedure cannot start.
    When I turn on the laptop, it provides me the following error code: 3 orange and 6 white.
    According to the Dell site, this means "3,6 System BIOS Flash incomplete".
    I have downloaded Latitude_5X90_1.32.0.exe and renamed it to BIOS_IMG.rcv, and have tested this BIOS_IMG.rcv file on a good working Dell Latitude 5590 (LA-F412P) laptop and this recovery process worked.

    Have removed the bios chip and read the content, I have attached the file.
    Can someone please check the content of the file?.
