Hi.
pc_okay recommended me to also post here!
I have:
-Lenovo P14s Gen 2 AMD
-Ryzen 7 5850u
-16GB soldered (32GB stick added, removed for debugging)
-256GB SKHynix SSD (removed and swapped for debugging)
-NM-D451 Motherboard (P/N: 5B21C82277)
-S/N: PF-34N64A
-Model: 21A0-000QGE
with no backlight, no image, bootlooping etc.
For debugging purposes I would love if somebody could provide me with a known good bios.
Additionaly it would be very nice if somebody could check that the dump of my old bios is good or bad.
I havent measured the rails pc_okay mentioned yet, but will do ASAP after this post. Many people experience the same problem as me when the onboard ram goes boad IIRC.
Maybe somebody additionaly could edit my/a bios to disable the onboard RAM.
FYI: i tried to extract the newest bios from the lenovo uefi update tool, extract the 32MiB portion to flash with flashrom by using UEFITool NE alpha 69. This didnt change anything, but i cant be sure i did everything correctly. Thats why a known good one would be perfect for me to debug/fix.
post merged..next time look for a thread with the name and model, motherboard model of the laptop, and post there, if you can't find it, then make a new thread..
