Latitude 7290 bios needed

Hello
The laptop starts without an image. After resetting the BIOS, it boots correctly. Unfortunately, without an image. On LCD and on an external monitor.
I searched the entire bios forum, unfortunately I did not find a bios for this motherboard.
With other BIOS found here, the laptop either turns on and off or turns on with no display and the keyboard is lit.
Please someone look at the old bios and try to fix it or attach a bios dump to this motherboard.

Thank you, but in this BIOS, unfortunately, the laptop turns on and off - over and over again.
