What's the problem with visiting the HP support site, entering your serial number to find the exact drivers for your machine, and downloading the latest BIOS update executable?
Then simply run the downloaded executable and extract the ready-to-program bios to a folder of your choice.

Laptops failures are not limited to corrupted bios only, in fact most of them are hardware related.
So if you've indeed tried the official bios, and it didn't give you any positive result there's two options - you didn't program the chip properly, or your problem is not a bios related.

The problem was solved by uploading the ec file
I agree with you, but my experience is weak in maintaining the bin service tag. I did not know that AMD does not require maintenance of the service tag like Intel.
