My friend can never be cracked over the internet. I took it to Acer service and they fixed it within 5 minutes.

Can anyone help me? I have one Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 and I don't know de BIOS password, so he send to unlock code... I put one USB dongle and he creates a file "code.txt".
