Hello everyone i had big issue GPU power indicator 590W seeing on info.

Is it related to firmware or physical? There are found 3 ISP chip these are dumps. 2 smaller is found near GPU. And i don't have board view just suspecting one is EC other one is vbios. Guys can you help me for check these firmwares? If it is not firmware related i will continue seek physical damage.
