Hi, i have a Dell Vostro 15 3578 i5/8th/Radeon (vegas/turis mlk/kbl-r 17841-1) with no power.....the power light/capslock when push the power button flash 1 time white then off....i checked all voltages....seem bios problem....can anyone help me to clean it?

Hi i have dell vostro 3580 with bios password generate code but its saying master code is not supported tried with ctrl+enter all 4 type codes tried what can be done please help

Hi,

I have a Dell Vostro 15 3578, Service Tag 4GK50P2, board type Vegas/Turis MLK KBL-R17841-1.

The problem is that it cannot identify its battery as a genuine Dell one (which it is!) and refuses to charge it. It seems to be a BIOS fault, as I found another BIOS for the same machine on this site and after flashing it everything worked perfectly - right up until I tried to exit manufacturing mode. Setting the machine type in the BIOS immediately caused the problem to return. (Someone else on the site seems to have faced exactly the same issue - 'Amazing battery charging fault Dell Vostro 3578').

I have attached my original BIOS. Please could someone clean it up so that I can flash it back, hopefully with the bit that is causing the problem removed?
