Hi, i have a Dell Vostro 15 3578 i5/8th/Radeon (vegas/turis mlk/kbl-r 17841-1) with no power.....the power light/capslock when push the power button flash 1 time white then off....i checked all voltages....seem bios problem....can anyone help me to clean it?

Hi i have dell vostro 3580 with bios password generate code but its saying master code is not supported tried with ctrl+enter all 4 type codes tried what can be done please help
