Lenovo X260 stuck at 0.38ghz

Hello,
I have a lenovo x260 with cpu stuck at 0.38 ghz.
I tryed everything i could find on internet.
Could it be something with bios ?

Could anyone look at it.

your Bios version is very old, R02ET47W (2016), also EC - R02HT24W ant those versions are not even exist in updates anymore - i think they eliminated because they had bugs.
did you try a bios update to last version? It's possible to not work directly to last version so you have to update to an intermediate version and after that to last version. you'll find all versions on Lenovo drivers site typing your serial.
