Hi,
Can you please help.
I have a Dell Vostro 5401 (Service Tag: 9K4Y403) with a Mockingbird MB 8L 19812-1 motherboard.
All voltages are present, but the laptop won't turn on. The white power light and Caps Lock light blink once every three seconds. I replaced the flat CMOS battery, but the issue remains unchanged.
