    HP envy x360 15-dr1072ms

    Hello guys i have a HP envy x360 that doesn't fully power on, fans spin and status light blink on and off. suspecting a bad bios.

    model HP envy x360 15-dr1072ms
    18748-1
    motherboard - 448.0GB12.0011

    can someone please clean it up for me. see attached.
