Zbook 17 G5, ME clean help

Hi, masters.
I am repairing, HP Zbook17 G5,
shorted PCH was replaced, now unit start but FAN at full speed and black screen. If I remove RAM sticks, getting beeps.

Can anyone help me to clen ME region? I tried, but no luck, still black screen.
