Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55-51QY - bios after PCH replacement

Hi there!
Got this nice machine with 3 coils shorted.
Culprit, PCH.
I know these PCHs are tricky, they have programmable fuses if im not mistaken, and they are quite tricky to replace.
But I like challenges, so I ordered 2 new ones.
Replaced it, all resistance values got back to normal at the 3 shorted coils.

Machine turns on, caps lock responds, but no image on the screen.

Can someone help me building a clear ME version of my backup?

Machine does the same as with original bios.
Turns on perfectly fine, does the bios reset restart, and then caps lock activity, but no image.
I will leave the machine turned on see if the image comes up and ill update

I knew this would suck but Ill keep trying to get this machine alive
