I replaced my HP 845 g9 mainboard with a new one

I use BCU to update the BIOS info, everything is fine but the MPM is still not locked and it is showing me this message:

FAR must be enabled before mpm can be locked

what does this mean?

S/N : 5CG2493WDR

Ever found a solution? I am facing the same problem with a new motherboard.
