acer n19q7 i5 11th does anyone can remove computrace on this model
I attached my backup tnx...
Try other procedure like i made in almost dell and hp unit
But this one i canoot get on where offset abstate cannot find

Have you set an admin password and then tried disabling it .

No admin pass the problem is computrace is enabled

SMDFlea gave you a pretty good hint - not all of them, just the specific one.

Do you speak English? You have been told to set/enable admin password first and then to try disabling Computrace within the bios settings.

Done problem solve, ill just return the original backup file and try this method its working tnx
