I've tried making a thread for myself but I couldn't so here goes,

I have a dell latitude 3190 and I am looking for the master bios password I have tried using bios-pwd and the password supplied has not worked.

Could anyone suggest a password for the below system number please

Hi, Vesko356, thanks for the quick reply. However, it did not work.

From previous posts, I tried Crtl + Enter, same result.

Also, the keyboard layout on the Dell is Switzerland. Also tried with a Portuguese keyboard, but it did not work.

You must use US keyboard layout, better try with usb qwerty one.

Also, could you please explain me what is the reasoning behinhd the US keyboard?

Just asking because it dies not make sense to me that the BIOS should reset to use US layout.
