Hello when trying to flash bios to the motherboard I get Verification error on address: 0x00000010, Device: 0xFF, Buffer: 0x5A.
Is there any way to fix this error?
Also the computer will no longer boot.

I also have the same problem with this winbond chip. The error indicated the programmer didnt write the chip probably. Hence, your bios chip was corrupted. Therefore your computer won't able to turn it on. To fix it, you've to reflash the chip without any verification error. I'm also looking for a solution to reflash the chip without verification error. Did you flash via sam connector?

don't use the clip...it gives errors...remove the bios chip from the board before writing or reading...use these programs..

try this... if it doesn't work post the full name and model, EMC, serial number S/N, etc...

I've been using clip on macbook 2011 and 2012. it never give me problem. It's not possible to use clip on macbook 2013-2017. I highly recommend neogrammer over asprogrammer

I use the socket on the motherboard to program the bios chip. I removed the bios from 9 macbook only this one gave me an error.
