There`s an ME cleaning guide if you want to try fixing it yourself

You can follow the video and use the "Flash image tool" version (11) attached in that thread,and use the ME firmware version ive attached here.

Thanks for help but when i try i have few errors :
Error 9: Failed to decompose Image.
Error 42: Failed to open with processed commands.
Unable to open file: C:\Users\IT\Desktop\Śmieci\acer\CSME System Tools v15.0\CSME System Tools v15.0\old.bin. Reverting to default configuration.

Could you do this for me ?

and you are using Tools v15.0

decompose with 11.8 file attached

But after cleaning laptop still turns on 1 minute.
Is possible that i have a wrong ME region in old bios file ?
