dell Inspirion 3591 dump needed

hello friends
kindly help me fix my bios
the machine does not start at all

when i cam to the site i tried different dumps but it only went on but without display.

board number:
FDI55 LA-J081P rev 1. 0(A00)

i cant access the serial number
where its written is blur. u can no longer see it.
its an i3 10th gen

If it does work it will boot slow, the ME firmware will need cleaning as its "Initialised" (dirty) and not "Configured" (clean)

it runs the backlit, fan runs , screens goes black but no display
