          the laptop not starting
          when press a power button, its on for 1-2 sec and then restart(every 2-3 sec )

                  same problem as you
                  the rtc circuit is not stable and i remove the components like in the picture
                  The computer can't boot up but no screen because the original bios is lost with the device
