Lenovo B560 (10203-1 la-56 mb)

Hi
same Board not starting.
19 volts present.
BD9528 Heating slightly .Bench power shows 0.05 Amps .at coil L27,L26 around .6-7 volts.
Replaced BD9528 ,Not heating ,no Amp consumtion at all.
but no power at L26 L27
3.3 volts present at power switch
What is causing problem.

suspecting heating BD9528 is OK .new chip is defective. please help guid.

What is the full p/n of the logic board? Post or link the schematic.

Unable to find a la-56.
