Alright, pretty much at the end of my rope. Alienware 17 R4 7700HQ GTX 1060. Some background, Bought the laptop used had no ram and no hardrive. installed a new 2Tb nvme drive, fresh new install of Windows 10, 32 gigs 2666MHz DDR4. Every so often (every 5 boots or so) it fails to boot and the Bios has an error message Pci out of resources. gets stuck like this for a while and what seems like randomly, will boot correctly for a while. just had it all apart, re-pasted cleaned everything top to bottom (thinking maybe some debris was floating around). Cmos battery is right at 3v flat and no obvious shorts or failures on the Mbo. updated the bios to the most recent ver. 1.18. Still throws the error code. my next step was to re-flash each IC chip individually. But before I risk really screwing this board up, anyone have any ideas or thoughts on what I missed?

Hello Sharp TV experts
Our Sharp LC-80LE642U displays one short one long flash error code which is a backlight error. I went into service mode and there were 8 lamp error counts recorded. I reset the count to 0 and did a reset. The last monitor error cause was 16 B00014639:12. 16 is the code for backlight error. I tried to power the tv up but went back into error mode.
