Lenovo edge E531 problem

I've got this laptop and it has a strange problem.

When i press the power button, power led and FN led turns on, but no picture, after few seconds i press power button again and it shuts down (not holding to shutdown), and then when i press the power button it turns on normally and works fine, and passes all the tests,benchmarks etc... and everything works until i shut it down again...if i press the power button in 5-10 seconds time when it's shutdown it turns on normally, but if more time passes again it won't turn on the first time, but i have to turn it off and on again. and it's always doing that.

when i press restart it works normally, it just does it when it's off for more than 10 seconds...

i've tried another processor, ram, disk, bios, turned off the discrete GPU, everything that came to my mind...does anyone have any ideas?

1) using the recommended power adapter?

2) review the usual 2*dcin mosfets. Remove all power. Meter in resistance mode.

Check the resistance across the mosfet pins:

Source (1-2-3) & drain (5-6-7-8)
Source (1-2-3) & gate (4)
Gate (4) & drain (5-6-7-8)

Post each measurement of each mosfet.

charger or battery same thing...it is turning on, but only power led and fn on the keyboard are lit, fan ,HDD,ODD spins, but it doesn't POST,and then i press shutdown on the power button and then it goes off, and then press again and runs normal...totally strange issue...
