Aspire 5920G black screen

Hello!
Just arrived an old Aspire 5920G showing just a black screen.

When I push the power button:
- turn on, fan spin up for 2 seconds, shutdown
- turn on, fan spin up for 2 seconds, shutdown
- turn on, fan spin up for 2 seconds, shutdown
- turn on, fan spin up for 2 seconds, shutdown
- turn on, fan spin up for 2 seconds, shutdown
- turn on, fan spin up for 2 seconds, fan spin off but the M/B keep turned on

VGA is an 8600M GS (MXM)
Reset CMOS, changed RAM and plugged VGA & HDMI cable to external display: no signal.
I've also tried another MXM card found in my drawer, same behaviour...
Weird thing: caps lock seem to work.
3.3V, 5V and 1.8V rails are ok
Each time M/B is turned on, VCC_CORE measure 0.9V for 2s, then 1.2V and almost instantly falls to 0.

try flash bios, then try without mxm if lcd get white, then try another cpu.

ps: backlight power on ?

Invariably a dead/dying 8600 chip

try flash bios, then try without mxm if lcd get white, then try another cpu.

ps: backlight power on ?

BIOS flashed before with ver.3813 found on the net: is there difference with the one you've attached ?
With MXM: no backlight
Without MXM: backlight ok but screen stays black
Will also check with another CPU and will try heating up the MXM

if u flashed bios then probably vga is dead. my bios was for support new gpu like nvidia 240m

Changed CPU: same behaviour
Found a Radeon HD 3650 MXM in a drawer, installed, turned on...and works !
