    HELP Dell Inspiron 15 Gaming 7567 BBV00 BBV10 LA-D993P r1.0

I need help with this Laptop, the problem is that it does not detect the charger.

when I started to check there was no voltage 3.3 in PQ100, I replaced it. now I have 3.3 in PQ100 and also in the KBC but the charger still does not detect me.

I don't know what else to continue reviewing, someone who can support me I would greatly appreciate it.

Measure all voltages on PQ100 with the adapter connected.

    Post the measurements.

One temp hack is to remove PQ100 and bridge the source & drain pins. See if that works.

thanks for answering, in PQ100 I have:
      pin 1 drain 3.3v
      pin 2 gate 5v
      pin 3 surce 3.3

      With the charger connected
when I turn it on, the drain voltage is unstable and then drops back to 3.3v.

I remove PQ100 and bridge between source and drain. but it does not recognize any charger

        try with and without PQ100

Are you using the official and recommended power adapter for this Dell ?

It is important so that the logic board can communicate with the power adapter using the single-wire PD_ID communication line.

If yes, you can review the operation without the TVS diode @ PD100 to see if this makes a difference.

Next, remove all power -> meter in resistance mode. Check the resistance between the actual power adapter connector pin for PD_ID (Pin #4) and the mosfet @ PQ100 (drain, pin # 1). What is the resistance ?

After the above, only left down to the EC controller @ UE1 (MEC1404) that may be defective OR UH8 flash firmware storage for the MEC needs to be reflashed.

I'm sorry for the delay in doing the tests you suggested.

yes, I have the original charger, I have tried it on another computer and it works correctly

I have removed PD100 and the problem continues.

The resistance between the PQ100 drain and connector pin for PD_ID (Pin #4) is 68 ohms.

I'm going to try to reprogram UH8

The resistance between the PQ100 drain and connector pin for PD_ID (Pin #4) is 68 ohms.
The resistance should be closer to ~33 ohms = PR114.

Double check that the resistor @ PR114 is not damaged. Also measure the resistance from PL106, pin # 1 to pin # 4 of the adapter connector.
