Ok but you said it on post #8 but no problem the laptop still alive.

But on the display connector the only voltage is 3.3V.
No V_BL_LED because EDP_VDD_EN_R is missing on PU9.

Normally main voltage is not supposed to go directly to screen ?
On the schematic I do not see any reference to it.

Hi,

I found another dead motherboard (half dead)

So I was checking voltages on this motherboard I all voltages were present even V_BL_LED so I power on laptop and the laptop is running !

But power is intermittent If I power off the laptop it won't turn on after : it turns on but fan are spinning very fast and nothing on the screen.

So I unplugged charger, push power button for a long time and re-plug the charger and it powers on.

Very very intermittent. No battery plugged for test.

Do you have any idea ?

Awesome I found a broken cap (PC169 I think) near ISL95857HRZ and the laptop is alive

Were you able to determine if one can use A921 in place of A411? I'm trying to fix my motherboard, but wouldn't mind the upgraded motherboard. TIA!!
