I bought this broken motherboard asus g752vs (i7-6700, gtx1070, SR2CE) as donor but it was in good condition and as far as i can see somebody tried to replace pch and ITE chip without success. So i dont know the history of it.
But when i removed pch i figured it was done by somebody not very expirienced in reball... ona pad was broken "CLK3_PCIE_WLAN#_X1" but i restored it. After replacing pch i figured there is still short so i found that ITE chip was also badly installed...but it was not shorted so i reball it and solder it back. Now, the motherboard is starting and going to bios, fans are spinning, i have also picture on the lcd and hdmi but usb, keyboard, touchpad...not working! So i was thinking maybe i did a bad reball ...so i removed pch again, reball it and put it back...but...i have the same result. I am checking voltage and on keyboard i have on pins 3,3V but that doesnt mean to much if signal is not coming from/to pch. I didnt make a ME region cleaning but i believe it has nothing to do with it!?
I attached the schematic and as far as i understand for all "not working" things on this motherboard the signals are coming from pch...but they are all different signals/pads on pch..i can not believe that all these signals are bad!? maybe, there is one signal for enable it all, but i am lost
