I do have this mb with a shorted+burned Q4625 and no schematics or boardview: is there somebody that is able to give me the part number from an identical board?

The mb doesn't start at this moment.

was it a 3,4 or 5 pin IC in its previous life

It could be that that burned component is used at several places on the board.

I found a component in the same housing that also starts with an 0 which is still visiable on the burned one

So the part number could be 01A but I can't find anything based on that partnumber.

The chip 303MA as seen just above 01A on the right hand side drives both these Sot23-3 chips from the same pin 6. I can't find anything on this chip 303MA.

Please ignore the sentence. The 303MA has nothing to do with this component
