What is the CPU ID for i3-6300U?? As long as bios has listed CPU ID 406E3, it should work. You need to write clean me bios after SOC replacement. Are you sure you didnt damaged any pads while removing the original SOC as lenovo has strong black glue under it??

Since both the SOC has same cpu id, there is no question of non compatibilty on this platform.

Either new SOC is bad/Not properly soldered/damaged pads under SOC.

To be honest, i've stopped replacing SOC on Lenovo's as i tried on 3 mobo's without success as some pads invariably gets damaged while de-soldering or cleaning. May be, your skill set is higher. However, i successfully replaced SOC on may HP's/Dell's etc.

i will try to change another SOC .
          but i have a question
Are there other requirements other than cpuid to choose the alternative SOC ?

Technically, any cpu should work as long as cpuid is listed in bios. Some SOC's have bootguard locked and they wont work on another board unless the bootguard is removed As per some russian forums. However, i dont know how to remove bootguard.
