Please help, I have ran out of ideas. I'm working on the above PC with board number BBV00 / LA-D993P.
It powers on, but it turns off in less than 3 seconds. I've checked the board for shorts, but there are none. Please help with the next step to take.
PS: I received the motherboard with pu1400 missing. So I have had it replaced.

PL403 started with small value, then jumped to 300+k, decreases steadily after
